Q became the managing partner and CEO of MHX Design in 2017. Q brings over 20 years of management consulting experience in developing products, services, and technology.
Mark Hyon
Founder and COO
Mark took over his family business in 2005 and found MHX Designs to serve the homeowners directly. Mark brings over 15 years of experience in construction and remodeling business.
Claudio Torres
Director of Specialty Services
Claudio joined MHX Designs in 2020 to manage all MHX’s specialty solutions and services. Claudio brings over 15 years of experience in construction and remodeling services.
Mike J. Chamberlain
Director of Client Relationship Management
Mike joined MHX as of June of 2021 with over 30 years of building materials and building science experience. His expertise in solving building moisture problems and exterior design have served the community for over 10 years.
Tae "Ted" Hyon
Production Manager and Coordinator
Ted joined MHX in 2017 and currently manages all MHX project operation. Ted brings over 20 years of experience in construction services working for many builders and remodeling companies prior to joining MHX Designs.
David Ko
Sales Lead
David joined MHX in 2024 and he brings over 10 years in sales and marketing experience.
Shannon Morris
Manager of Administration and Operation
Shannon joined MHX Designs in 2021. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She went from managing the family for several years to managing MHX administration and overseeing client engagement.
